Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) , Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
RV Reservations
- Reservations canceled on or before April 1, 2026, will receive a full refund.
- Reservations canceled after April 1, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
Event reservations
We know things happen and you might not be able to make the event. We will work to accommodate you as best we can. For events that require preordered items, as long as the request is made before the close of the event custom item ordering deadline we will grant a full refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
