Grooming Spaces

  • All grooming is indoors in the new building just north of the main arena. The area will be available Tuesday afternoon after Scent Work has concluded and grooming spaces have been appropriately marked.
  • Reservation Deadline is April 23, 2025
  • 108 spots available measuring 5 ‘x 5’; Limit to two spots per person
  • Electricity will be available for reserved grooming
  • If exhibitors wish to be next to each other, it must be specified when making reservations.
  • Extension cords must be taped down. Bring your own tape. Only PAINTER'S TAPE is allowed on the flooring surface – NO duct tape, masking tape, or electrical tape. Exhibitors must bring their own painter's tape to secure extension cords.
  • All items must be removed, and spaces must be cleaned by end of day, June 7.
  • All crating spaces must be swept clean at the end of each day. Failure to do so will result in a $30 cleaning fee being assessed.

Free Grooming - Limited indoor grooming will be available first-come (no electricity provided). Anyone found "borrowing" electricity will be charged the full reserved grooming fee and must vacate their space immediately.

Day Crating - There will be space within the event building for day crating. No grooming tables, dryers, etc, will be allowed. This area can be used as a staging area when showing multiple dogs. Crates will take precedence over chairs. Crates and chairs MUST be removed at the end of each day to allow for the next day’s dogs to move in. There will be no saving of spaces. Allow others to take advantage of this privilege. Let’s all show good sportsmanship. Day crating’s primary purpose is to serve as a holding area for exhibitors competing in the main arena.

Additional Guidelines—Expens must be placed in the designated location and may not be set up in front of or directly adjacent to any door. Personal grooming tents can be set up outside in designated areas. Indoor dog bathing stations are available.
