One Legged Magpie restaurant in downtown Red Lodge has closed its doors to the public June 3 just for us to hold a private party and YOU’RE INVITED!!!   This extraordinary evening is the perfect way to kick off the 2025 National Specialty, blending Montana’s rustic charm with unmatched culinary excellence.  Hosted by the 2025 ABTC Show Committee and Heartland Belgian Tervuren Club.

For one night only, One Legged Magpie has been reserved just for our Montana Mingle party.  Offering a private and intimate setting where we can relax, connect, and celebrate together.  This is your chance to be spoiled by the incredible hospitality, amazing cuisine, and vibrant ambiance of one of Red Lodge’s most iconic venues. 

A Culinary Journey with Chef Charles Vincent
Executive Chef Charles Vincent, a culinary master who has honed his craft alongside legends like Emeril Lagasse infuses Montana’s rich flavors with a touch of New Orleans flair, creating dishes that connect people through food and community.  His innovative approach ensures every bite is a celebration of fresh, local ingredients and impeccable skill.

Enjoy an exquisite spread of handcrafted appetizers, including:

Tomato Braised Meatballs – Savory local pork and beef meatballs slow-simmered in a rich tomato sauce with hints of garlic, basil, parmesan and finished with fresh parsley.
Meat & Cheese Platters – A curated selection of local cheeses and cured meats, complemented by seasonal preserves, pickled vegetables and crisp crostini
Gulf Shrimp Platter – Chilled, succulent shrimp with zesty cocktail sauce and fresh lemon wedges.
Crudités with Hummus and Aioli – A colorful assortment of crisp vegetables served with a selection of house-made hummus
Homemade Cookies – Burned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies with caramelized burned butter and melty chocolate chips, finished with a sprinkle of sea salt.  Spiced Gingersnap Cookies that are crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside, with warm ginger, cinnamon, and a hint of molasses.
